The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the staff is friendly and eager to help. However, the pathways can be steep, which might be challenging for those with mobility issues, and the dining options for vegetarians are somewhat limited. Overall, a lovely hotel experience amidst stunning scenery.

Great for Families Looking for Relaxation

The location was MIND-BLOWING, with an very nice view right from our room! The staff were so accommodating, especially the bar crew, always ready to whip up a perfect gin & tonic while we lounged by the pool.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still worth the experience.

The stunning views across the bay were jaw-dropping, and the various pools and kids' activities made our stay lovely. We also loved the private beach area for some peace! During our stay, we hopped on the water taxi to explore nearby towns, which was a blast!

The all-inclusive options ensured we were never lacking for food and drinks, with appetizing cocktails and satisfying snacks available throughout the day. The kids loved the activities at the kids club and made new friends while enjoying the well-organized games. However, the shuttle service could be improved in terms of frequency, and in our experience, certain amenities felt slightly oversold. A few daytime activities were sometimes limited due to weather conditions, impacting our experience slightly.

Getting to the hotel can be a headache, as the narrow road limits access, making navigation tricky, especially in high traffic. Parking is severely lacking, necessitating an exhausting search for space, particularly during peak season. The absence of food options outside standard meal times is inconvenient. if you miss lunch, you're stuck waiting until dinner. Since the path to the restaurant involves numerous stairs, it can be quite a hassle for families with strollers or those with mobility issues. Room choices can be misleading. we booked one with a standing shower but ended up with a room that had a small bathtub instead. Also, there's a consistent issue with noise from entertainment activities—early mornings are definitely not as quiet as one might hope.
